Rugrats is a show aim for kids of all ages. Tommy is the ringleader of a small group who can often get them selves lost or in trouble. Chucky is the sane one of the group and doesn't all ways like tommys ideas. | Phil and Lill are twins they like eating bugs and like reptor. Dill is Tommys little brother and tommy goes to great lengths to protect him.
